The goal is to have the guide on how to use the boilerplate in Git Book. The individual projects that are based on instances of this Boilerplate should contain the requirements specification for the project and information about the customer, but nothing about how to use the boilerplate (excepts for a link to Git Book). The Readme here in the Boilerplate will just be a mock for adding the requirements specification.
