功能介绍可以查阅 点此链接 文档

对应第五小点功能

原先的设计依赖 HamCQ 社区权限校验进行，可以点此查看 对应的表设计，user_id即为 HamCQ 用户标识。

开发者可以直接使用如上表结构给出接口，也可以和前端商量是否需要重新设计权限校验模块和相关页面
