I know there were a few of us who weren't pirates and collected the PAL version of the Gamecube LoZ - Collectors Edition for Zelda Ocarina of Time to get Ship of Harkinian to run there, it would be nice to see support for the PAL GC version of Zelda Majora's Mask since some of us do own the disc.
The game is in 20fps/60fps support so only some assets should differ.
Possibly:
This adds PAL gamecube support, as well as some stuff for allowing multi-version support.
Things that still need to be done
Figuring out how to link the externalfile code/actor and renaming the file to something more appropriate
Wait for asset headers to be committed or implement asset header extraction to write to the correct directory
Add uncompressed rom hashes to the relevant places
Transfer over xml changes from other PRs
