Can't open the main window

First of all, thank you very much for creating this addon. I am having problems initializing the pluging manager. The moment I press "delete", the mouse freezes and the menu does not open. I have tried other solutions put both in the scs and here, but none of them have worked. I attach the logs. Thank you so much!.
