Collecting Closely Related Datasets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the Climbers meeting today, it was brought up that there are many kinds of related datasets and it could be confusing/annoying to upload all of them. For example, we could easily upload a thousand different Census datasets (different variables, geographies, times, etc.).

Is there a clean way to make a higher-level element that bundles a variety of closely related datasets?
