Bugs with Collection Filters

Bug 1:
In new setting to filter by "Present in" collection if you first select it, then unselect it (checkmark off) the interface will not handle it gracefully and throw error.

Bug 2:
"not present in" filter doesn't work altogether (it always shows 0 items found even for valid cases when it should show something)
