Description
Notice for a lot of products just the tests are removed - as they either have been skipped anyway for a long time (breaking often, performance etc.) or they are for products that are deprecated or will be deprecated soon. The logic for minting/redeeming is kept in place to still be able to handle as necessary.

It's probably best to go commit by commit for diffs.
