Unable to test the spec in the fstar directory #1

In the fstar directory, when I run make test-spec.exe, I get the following error:

make: *** No rule to make target 'main.cmx', needed by 'test-spec.exe'.  Stop.

Is there anything I need to do prior to running it? I'm unable to find it anywhere among the instructions.
