Suggestion: more accesible 'watched folders' and configurable display name

I've been using the program for a while and recently discovered the watched folders hidden button.
I really think it needs some quick tweaks:

• Make watched folders button always visible (the one with a clock icon)
• New property 'Display name' on watched folders. Allow to edit in ui, to recognize that folders called like '678688', 'assets', ...
• Tooltips when hover the available button options on watched folder (what does the trash bin button do?)
