Issues with starting server with arclight

Hi i just recently heard about arclight however ive been looking for a hybrid solution on my server.
I thought i did everything correctly but it does not want to fully boot.
im attempting to run arclight-forge-1.20.1-1.0.6 on a tekkit 2 server. im not entirely sure if i did it all correctly and i cant find any documentation that is not confusing or direct enough other than " drag and drop into your server directory and rename it"
i obliterated the original forge jar (forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2860) and pinned the arclight jar arclight-forge-1.20.1-1.0.6 in the bat file to run and it downloaded all the libraries and what have you then installed forge. everything seemed fine. then i got an error i couldnt fully comprehend and now im here. please help. log is attached.

The logs shows the server was killed by something like System or other software, I am not sure why the java process interrupt.

Have you installed some mods requires Kotlin for Forge library, but you haven't install it?

new log with kotlin installed. i didnt download any more mods than what comes base for tekkit 2

something to do with this line if that helps any lol

It will be helpful if you could provide a detailed mod list after manual mod upgrade, or even better upload it somewhere.

I've been waiting for your response but you are not responding, hence I have my diagnosis as follows:
It seems that you are using an outdated Kotlin language provider (maybe Forgelin or Shadowfacts' Forgelin). Make sure you clear them and switch to Kotlin for Forge instead.
Since some binary incompatible changes have been made to classloading mechanics (by introducing the module system after java9), a package that's unused and invalid in Kotlin/JVM is now resolved by the module system. The package is included in Forgelin but not in Kotlin for Forge.
This problem should also happen on Forge/NeoForge.
Btw next time you can test your problems in advance in pure bukkit/forge environment and make sure they happen only in hybrid server environment. It can save us lots of time.
