All types of fuel were removed from avionic cores, right? I swear I remember a time where you could put HP fuel in avionic cores, but I think that has been changed, and if so, I believe it would be safe to remove the mli.
However, I believe this would require a significant change to RealFuel's code, as I don't believe you can disable a RealFuels GUI element for a specific part. The Avionics [Procedural] part just brings in the module, and within that module is the hardcoded MLI layers gui. Someone please correct me if wrong.
as per title, the MLI slider is present on avionics but its completely useless and only contributes to clutter and misclicks
