[Feature Request] KCT - Enable simulations in Sandbox when KCT is otherwise disabled

In a Sandbox save, KCT is normally disabled. Some users, like myself, would like to use RP-1 and Sandbox RO in a single install to save on disk space.
Since KRASH is incompatible with RP-1 (and KCT is better), I would like to suggest that while KCT normal functionality is disabled, the simulation menu is still able to be used without having to exit the VAB, enable KCT and then return to the VAB just to do some simulations.

Perhaps just allow the regular KCT window to be toggled in the VAB, but disable all other elements on the regular KCT VAB window except for the simulation button?
