The major change in the last few days was the overhaul of the UI layout code. At this point we are set to begin working on editor UI

UI

• I have completed a rewrite of the layout system for the UI. There were some inefficiencies that were happening in stabilizing the tree of elements. More code was removed then added in this process thankfully and a few bugs where "middle child" elements were not sizing should be resolved through the stabilization passes.
• Various bugs with the input and panel scrolling have been worked out.
• Added a console window for executing commands in the engine, just hit the (`) key

Vulkan

• A few bugs were resolved in Vulkan, there are likely quite a few to fix as we go and the amount of things that are being rendered/instanced goes up.

Perf

• Using pprof I was able to cut down on some major inefficiencies
• Added pprof capture to console for quick captures
• Cleaned up a lot of simple duffcpy issues to reduce the amount of copies happening
