keepymidisynth uses 25~34% on idle usage

Also interface is slow, like omnimidi configuration interface.

Tested on Sempron 145 2.80 6gb ram and windows 8.1 64.

Clearly your issue is the CPU. Ik this is from 2021 and you have probably upgraded, but that's your problem. Mine sits at 0.4% idle
