The first official release of CollatzRand! I still haven't been able to properly benchmark it but it does seem to work based on the eyeball test and so far I haven't found any serious glaring issues. Going forward my long term goal is to be able to rewrite it so it can generate a bit at a time and then work back from there, but for now here's release
