Suggestion: Add support more Russian cities

Since Russian radios are already present, I think it would be nice to add support to more Russian cities, since the number of map mods that add them has vastly expanded since a new Russian city was last supported in Local Radio. More specifically the new Russian maps that have released are:

-SibirMap (also adds a Kazakh city)
-VolgaMap
-KirovMap
-Project Russia
-NNMap
-AltaiMap
-Road to Arkhangelsk
-M12 Vostok
-Central Russia
-More Russia

I think this would be an easy way to improve map coverage for the ETS2 version, which is really lacking compared to the ATS version IMO.

If something is willing to add and maintain those (and they don't conflict with other areas), I'm more than happy to integrate them in Local Radio

I've made a pull request regarding your request. I've also added support for a few maps you didn't mention, which would expand the coverage in Russia even further.

Thank you all again! As future suggestions in case you want to add more support to other countries which already have stations:

• Beyond: Has cities in Kazakhstan and in China (really close to the recent added Chinese cities).
• Beyond - ProMods Middle East Road Connector: Has cities in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
