could everything of traffic passthrough on 443/HTTPS encapsulation feature?

i just tried the windows release of dino
i discover that on some networks, it works better than gajim, especially for voice/video communication
unfortunately, on some networks, it looks like the f/w blocks for those multimedia features of xmpp
would it be possible to add a specific "network/fw passthrough" button for those who wants to get xmpp multimedia over https to be sure it would not be blocked?
