Fill pcpatch on trajectories to avoid time gaps

In order to have a continuous time on sbet trajectories, we need to repeat the last point of the previous patch in the current patch.

Point clouds should not be replicated but all pcpatches that may be used through interpolation should have replicated boundary samples, so that interpolation domain has no gaps between patches.
