Fix the description text about who are the authorised groups

Both of the following descriptions show the same text for different options:

• "ALLOW REQUEST TO SIGN": "Select authorized groups that can request to sign.."
• "IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS": "Select authorized groups that can request to sign.."

The authorized groups at identification documents are the groups that can approve the submitted identification documents.

If this flow is enabled, all signers will need to attach identification documents at your profile before to sign a document and also will be necessary an approval from a member of authorized group. The approval is a signature made by a member of authorized group at all identification documents sent by the signer. The company can create your own flow to do this, by example, making a video meeting and recording the meeting with the signer talking that agree to sign documents at LibreSign and other legal agreements that should be good to be used at a judgment where a signed document is used.

For now we haven't any customer using this feature and because this we also haven't funding to maintain the development of this feature. When we found a customer that wish this feature and help to funding this development, we will go back to maintain the development of this feature.
