This code can scrape base.gov for contract information and download the Peças de Procedimento
To run the scraper, use the file anogov copy.py. To search for a specific time frame, edit the scraping URL in line 23 of this file. You can change the search query by changing the date in the "desdedatapublicacao=2023-09-01&atedatapublicacao=2023-09-27" section of the URL.
Base.gov may show no results when the code first tries to open the results, showing a warning "Não foi possivel obter dados do servidor". If this happens, you can try to refresh Chrome, or you may have to wait for Base.gov server to be online.
