Can the Cutscenes be 16:10 ? #159

I play on 16:10 laptop and this program helps with a lot of small issues I had for which I thank you!

My only question is, can I change something in the ini file that would change the Cutscenes to also be 16:10 ?

It's very annoying when there's a cutscene and it automatically changes into 16:9 squishing my screenshots.
