self.indice = torch.arange(0, feat_sz).unsqueeze(0).cuda() * stride # (1, feat_sz)

The range of self.indice is from 0 to feat_sz -1, which means that it represents 0 to (feat_sz-1) *stride, which cannot represent all coordinates.
