We need to remove the databases that are currently on GitHub and replace them with the master taxonomy files that we'll use for the project. Currently we only have one master taxonomy, which is the MiFish database. I think we need to use Zack's GLOBAL MiFish DB, and that the one labeled LOCAL only includes species that would be found on CalCOFI (but I could be wrong here).
The master taxonomies will be stored on Google Drive and can also be accessed there: \Module 3 - West Coast eDNA cetaceans & prey\02 M3 Reference Taxonomy DB\master_taxonomies
