Because no CRAN mirror is set for install.packages(), Primer_test_prelim_report.qmd will die if not all the package dependencies are already installed. I suggest using making the dependencies explicit and forcing the user to install them, rather than trying to do it automatically (which is a bit forceful, and might be seen as invasive).
