[KC-Menu] Port Nametags

We need to port the feature which shows player nameplates above their heads when pressing the GRAVE key (or pressing R3 on controller)

🏆 Goals:

• Actually port the feature and make it functional
• Utilize the ped's "bones" to display the nameplate above their head instead of x,y,z vector3 coordinates (this will fix the issue where if multiple players are in a vehicle, their nameplates all overlap and show in the same location)
