The Send and Receive screens are experiencing significantly longer load times than previously observed.

Dev log:
If I removed webviews or reduced them the lagging goes away or decreases.
So initially I tried to fix It with Webview, But IT's latest version.

Dev log:
Since there wasn't any problem is previous version I thought The problem should come after upgrading the Flutter, One of the main changes in the upgrade is the rendering engine change, Google enabled Impeller rendering engine.
Since the last the crash was showing logs related to Impeller rendering engine, Also we had UI issues afterwards I decided to check the rendering engine.

Dev log:
After changing the rendering engine the loading doesn't lag the UI, Also I think other UI issues like crash and text vlue might effect also, But I need confirmation from Sang that current change is stable.

@SanghamitraBhowmick1993
I have downgraded Flutter rendering engine, What that means is that I am using the older UI rendering engine, Which effect all the UI in the app, The reason for this change is that the lag issue disapeared after current change, But we need to make sure the app is stable overall, So can you plz test the app end to end and also check the lag issue?

The build

On my phone It looks fine and has ~1 lag, With S21FE Android 14.
but Sang's phone has ~6-7 seconds lag, Which can be improved later.
IOS looks fine on both sides.

So I will move this ticket to TODO, For future improvments.
