First stable public release

This version includes installers for Windows and MacOS. At the moment it supports the visual inspection of raw MS data acquired only on the timsTOF instrument (Bruker Daltonik).
IMPORTANT: Please refer to the GUI manual for detailed instructions on the installation and usage of the stand-alone AlphaViz GUI.
