Code Review Deadlines for UM, JULES and LFRic

As part of this release process we are also going to be reorganising the LFRic code into two repositories - LFRic Apps and LFRic Core - and this means things will work a little differently to normal as we want to give developers a chance to get changes onto the LFRic trunk before they are moved.

26th January: Review deadline for UM, JULES and LFRic work with a linked ticket
23rd Februrary: Review deadline for standalone LFRic work

All tickets should be with science/scitech reviewers in advance of these deadlines so that they have time to properly review the changes. Tickets that are not in the code review state by these dates will need to be manually ported to the new repository structure and we will provide support and guidance for this.

Our aim is to review all tickets received, release JULES and the UM, and split the LFRic code by the end of March.
