At the time of filing, this app requires the user to copy two things from the install directory to the user data directory (inside the Grayjay folder) in order for the app to run:

  • the wwwroot folder
  • grayjay.png (not required to run, but not having it causes the system tray icon to be the default, and it doesnt look great)

This is due to a bug (futo-org/Grayjay.Desktop#221) with the apps compliance with the XDG desktop specification

Once this is no longer needed, the run-with-overlay.sh and all related stuff can be removed in favor of just a vanilla run command in the manifest
