when downloading/exporting a video, there arent any useful directories available (home and desktop are blank)

note that this issue covers the default setting, so i will probably limit it to just the downloads folder and allow users to change the permissions themselves if they want to grant more access

added xdg-downloads dir to permissions (i think) as part of #13 and copying from freetube
