How to sync properly trading index with different clients

Hi,

discussing on Mostrod with @grunch he correctly pointed out a possible issue, this is the scenario:

• Alice create one order from her web client with trading index x --> Order x is pending.
• Alice create another order from her web client with trading index y --> Order y is pending.
• Alice create a third order from her web client with trading index z --> Order z is pending.

Now Alice got tired and go to sleep, the day after she sees at work from her mobile that z order has been taken and her mobile clients needs to be aligned with z trading index.

Best idea that came to our minds is to save in mostrod db so when mobile client receives take-sell order message has inside trading index and can sync with the right pubkey for the trade.

I opened this discussion to see if someone has better or simpler ideas about this...
