First of all, I LOVE my DMGC so much and I am the world thankful to you.
I was wondering, if you would consider adding a 3mm RGB LED driven by a WS2811 IC, placed on the chain of the rest of the Neo Pixel LEDs. That would, the color and the brightness of the power LED can be adjusted too. Just an idea though.
I will try to dead bug the WS2811 chip on mine to see how that turns and share the result with you.

I have never tested it myself but I came across this; the WS2811 is an IC with NeoPixel interface and the LED PWM outputs. So, a 3mm LED can be driven by it. Sorry for keeping you busy here, I should have probably used Discord for this discussion.

I also looked into the 3mm RGB LEDs and they are much harder to find that what I thought. There is one available that is also common anode which can be used with the WS2811
