I downloaded the Cookie-Editor 1.13.0 extension from the chrome store but why can't my gmail account use it and other accounts can use it normally?

Same here with firefox 125.0.2 and cookie-editor 1.13.0.

As workaround: export cookies with an other tool (like cookies.txt extension) and import them with cookie-editor
