zsh: segmentation fault #4

I have installed all the decencies as per the installation rules and ran the first example from the documentation and some others as well.

I keep getting a segmentation fault error and I am not able to visualise the packing. The meshing procedure seems to proceed fine.

Any suggestions on why this segmentation fault error?
