Notes field sometimes still acts like a "sticky" field

When entering something into the notes field in the DigiApp (e.g. "no label on pin"), it sometimes adds this also to the following entries. It doesn't show up there in the notes field itself, but in the db the following entries all have the note. However, this only happens sometimes and I can't reproduce in on command.

@RebekkaML would you please see if you can provide any additional information for the bug report below?

Expected behavior
Text that is added into the notes field should only appear for those entries where it was added by the digitizer. It should not automatically appear in the entries after that, especially not without being visible in the DigiApp.

this is an example where the note "multiple specimens on pin" should only have been added to the first 2 entries (that are actually MSOs), but it also appears on the entries following that. This was not visible when entering the data into the DigiApp, so it is very easily missed during digitization. It only stopped after the note was put in again for the entry at the bottom. After that it correctly disappeared.

This issues seems to have improved, now things we enter into the notes field get only copied to the next specimen but then it stops on it's own. this doesn't happen with things that the App adds automatically like the MOS/MSO container number. It is only with notes the digitizers enter themselves like "No label on pin" or "Associated preparation slide ...".
