DarwinCore recommended best practice is to use a date/time that conforms to ISO 8601-1:2019. Can we check if this is supported in Specify and whether our imports all this? Ideally we should have both date and time of changes, imports etc to help with error checking.

We should also check that the ARS has dates and times in this format.
