Related to issue #151.

Several specimens need to be re-barcoded and re-imaged. The digitizers are compiling a spreadsheet that only includes the old barcode and the new barcode. Once they are finished with this effort, I will then need to:

  • match the new barcodes with the DigiApp exports (in 1.FromDigiApp, file names end with "_rebarcodingNeeded_githubIssue151.csv" and some include "copy" right before)
  • add to notes for all: something that explains why these specimens have two barcodes on them; exact verbiage TBD
  • go through usual data pipeline: check, correct, format, import
