What are folks' thoughts on making NCPI Person resource public while keeping NCPI Study Participant Private (aka require authorized access)? dbGaP have all de-identified IDs. What about NCPI Participants? Thanks!
This Issue does not block the voting on NCPI Participant Module. But, we are interested to see how others think about this.

Overall, we haven't really discussed what resources WILL be made publicly available. The policy impetus from dbGaP would permit both NCPI Person and NCPI Study Participant Public, as those are available in / derivable from the SSTR. NCPI Participant would generally be "controlled access" as it has row-level participant information that may not be publicly available.
I do acknowledge that dbGaP makes some row-level participant data publicly available (eg, sex); it's worth digging into this some more.
