how to build?

[NFS11]

i have visual studio and allat but when i try to build it gives me the server application. however when i open it i see just file manager and no builder or anything. why? is there like something else i gotta do or smth. when i click check build in visual studio i see "build solution" and "build server" both dont work and just give me that server application with only file manager or anything else. help would be appreciated. thank you.
