Roadmap for Python 3.12 (no imp) and beyond

I like the idea of this package and was considering deploying it for some low-stakes personal work. However, the last commit is a couple of years ago and the last issue here is from 2023, so apparently it's not being actively maintained.

Is terraformpy pushed toward obsolescence by CDKTF? (If so, I hope CDKTF keeps working with OpenTofu.)

If terraformpy has a future, what are the plans for Python >= 3.12 where imp is removed from the standard library, superseded by importlib?

@reed9999 I'm interested in this as well. I do not currently have a hard requirement for Python >= 3.12, but I may soon.
