Keyboard control for remote on PC?

Hey, sorry if this is a stupid question or obvious but I haven't spotted it or I'm doing something wrong.

Is it possible to control the remote using the keyboard on a PC, D pad.. enter key for main button etc.

There's no such thing as a stupid question. 👍🏻

The answer to your question is no, that is not a function of Firemote. I'm not sure that it can or should be either, unfortunately.

Since the Firemote card shares dashboard space with many other cards, it would be bad practice to try to steal keyboard events away from any built-in card's functions, and/or any Home Assistant dashboard functions. Also, if you had a dashboard with more than one Firemote card on it, there would be no good way to decide which card should receive the keyboard inputs.
