latest docker image fails to start

Security scan stops latest image to start the container; failing with error message - pyyaml 3.11 critical fixed in 5.1. Can it be upgraded?

More generic, how do you install Minemeld from source on Ubuntu 20.04 or even 18.04? Of course with Py 3
