Integrate ParalelleME with Android Studio

In order to popularize the usage of ParallelME, we must integrate it with Android Studio.

We haven't performed an in depth analysis on how to do it, but we know that the way to make it is probably developing a plugin for gradle similarly to what is done to integrate sbt with other tools.
