This repository contains a fork of the original Magellan application by Howard Kistler with further developments by contributors from the TI-99/4A community at AtariAge.
Added features include:
- Sprite editing
- Support for bitmap mode colors
- Support for F18A color modes
- Import of map images and VRAM dumps
- Export of XB256 data and binary maps
- Tools for generating data sets for smooth scrolling
- Tool for analyzing character usage
- Copy, paste and exchange characters
- Undo/redo support
