ENHANCEMENT OF THE HEADER AND FOOTER BY MAKING THEM INTERACTIVE AND ATTRACTIVE

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current header and footer design feels static and lacks interactivity, which can reduce user engagement. I'm often frustrated when the navigation is plain, and the footer lacks any interactive elements, making the overall user experience less appealing and intuitive.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to enhance both the header and footer by incorporating interactive elements and making them more visually attractive. For the header, I would like to add hover effects on links, a sticky navigation bar, dropdown animations for menus, and an improved search bar. The footer should include animated social media icons, hover effects on links, and a more visually appealing layout with customized buttons and transitions.

Additional context

The goal is to create a cohesive and engaging design for both the header and footer, ensuring they match the theme of the website. Smooth transitions, hover animations, and icons will enhance usability, while maintaining responsiveness across devices.
