Customize mcp_settings per profile / per agent

Currently there is only one global cline_mcp_settings.json that is used across all profiles and all agents. Can we instead customize mcp_settings per profile and/or per agent? E.g. I may want the "ask" agent to have access to memory mcp but this mcp may not be needed for the "code" agent. Or perhaps I want to point each agent to a different memory database.
