GitHub Actions workflows time out due to puppeteer chromium installation exceeding runtime limit. This is probably caused due to some internal bug of puppeteer which must be fixed, potentially by disabling the postinstall chromium install & setup and simply manually installing a chromium instance to work around the automatic behaviour.
