Push not existing Profiles to SFSC / Person Accounts to SFCC

As we have the SFSC and SFCC already running we are looking for a way to sync Profiles which are existing in SFCC to SFSC and Person Accounts who are in SFSC to SFCC.

For now I only see the possibility to export the information from one system and import it manually into another system - is that correct?
But if so we need for example the Account IDs from SFSC in SFCC again to make the sync work, so you would need to export those and update the Profiles in SFCC.

Does anybody has a better solution or will it might be a part of the connector soon?

@freytagt there is a SFCC job that goes from SFCC to SFSC, however there is not a job that does the inverse of that scenario.

I am having issues with the job right now when it matches an account that wasn't previously synced from commerce.

Hey @nek4life can you tell me how you are triggering this and should it sync all existing profiles?

If you have the cartridges installed you should see

custom.B2CCRMSync.SynchronizeCustomers

as a job step when you're setting up a new job in SFCC

Ah perfekt thanks, we'll double check this.

As I'm not familiar with SFCC I didn't know where to look :)

I give you an update if the process is working for us or not.
