请求大佬跟.ehviewer一样适配一下彩E的ComicInfo.xml文件，彩e下载画廊时会把标签元数据直接导出为xml文件,这样就能直接调用了，也不用再去e站爬数据，毕竟量多的时候被禁IP也是麻烦。

目前没有计划增加第三方应用的支持，不过如果有人提PR我会review
