Introduced a Prometheus service with persistent volume and labels in the docker-compose file. Updated the MongoDB image to use a Prometheus-compatible version. These
Prometheus has been added to the service dependencies in `docker-compose.yml`, `docker-compose.dev.yml`, and `docker-compose.prod.yml`. This ensures consistency across environments and enables monitoring and alerting functionalities.
Set Prometheus to use its specific image and corrected Mongo to reference its appropriate image. This ensures proper separation and alignment of services with their respective container images.
